Buddying forum October 2015

 

This forum looked at how we can use our peer buddying programme as a way to improve our teaching practice. If you would like any more information about the buddying programme make sure you see Claire. In this forum staff identified their biggest strengths and weakensses and then shared these with others to look for a way to build on them. These ideas could then be used as a focus for the peer buddying programme.
