Progress and Engagement

 

This session focussed on how to help students progress in an engaging way. Katie and Caroline focussed on 4 key areas; AfL, Independence, Marking and Feedback and Planning. The session brought together lots of research and strategies from books, the internet, twitter, TES etc. that you can use to help students to make more progress in an engaging way. Most of the ideas didn't take much planning or preparation so lots of the resources are simply on the powerpoint notes.
